Game - A Healthy, Lean, Alternative Protein

We are entering the last month of game season - low in saturated fat,our birds, rabbit and venison make the perfect alternative to the traditional meats(that are often fatter at this time of year).
Game is high in iron, zinc and vitamin's B12 & B6, naturally providing uswith an immune system boost at a time when we are often most in need.
Andy is cutting up pheasants for us this week. His portioned breasts, supremes and legs make our game that little bit more accessible - if youneed a bit of inspiration, take a look at some of my favourite recipes.
