Martin says: "presently our green crops are under several inches of snow and with freezingweather confirmed for the early part of this week at least - it remainsuncertain if we will be able to harvest any green crops this week.
Our root veg including leeks will still be available as some is barn stored andsome is outside snug under a blanket of straw.
The leeks we can harvest frozen and then thaw them out. (a pick axe isoccasionally required to break the ground!!)"
