Fresh from the Curious Yellow Kafe, Shokoh has crafted a range of delicious oven-ready meals and side salads.
This week she is making a scrumptious beef and coconut curry. Don't worry if your not a fan of spice, this curry is gently warming and won't blow you socks off! (serving 2 or 4).
Her salads this week are her ever popular Curious Yellow Coleslaw (made with local seasonal veggies)and beetroot salad (made the traditional Swedish way).
Finally, Shokoh's Swedish meatballs are once again covered in a tomato sauce (serving 1 or 2).
