Nettle Tips - Tender & Tasty

We have wild nettle tips from Perry Court Farm this week and they will be in this weeks veg boxes. If you have never tried them (and I imagine most haven't), never fear, the sting disappears after 30 seconds of cooking and we will be including some information with suggestions of what to do with it.
