Matt's cows milk mozzarella is on offer this week. With the sun shining, trick yourself into thinking you're in the heart of Italy by rustling up beautiful tricolore salad. All you need is some of our beefsteak tomatoes, fresh basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a touch of seasoning. Simple is beautiful.
