To a bee borage is simply irresistible. Brimming with nectar, and with striking blue flowers, the herb cries out to passing bees. Which is great news for us! Graham Johnson's hives have been gorging themselves and busily constructing their intricate combs. Borage honey is pale in colour with a light, sweet taste.

So how to eat it? The wax won't do you any harm so you can eat the whole lot or once you've got all the honey goodness out get rid of the wax.
