This week we are joining forces with the wonderful Le Coq restaurant in Islington to offer you some complimentary home made chicken stock.
This neighbourhood rotisserie restaurant is brand new and just up the road from us, offering splendid roast chicken dishes. Le Coq- like us- only use the finest quality ingredients and design their menu using our very own Sutton Hoobirds!
This week, a complimentary pot of chicken stock will be making an appearance in everyone's boxes for you to try.
This product is a fine example of how a great quality bird carcass can be turned into an amazing stock that will add great flavour to an array of dishes.So enjoy this one on us and bon appetit!
