Sprout tops offer all the nutritional virtues of Brussels sprouts. Along with broccoli, they have the highest levels of glucosinolate compounds which help the body detoxify. Sprout tops are vitamin-dense, and have exceptionally rich stores of two vitamins K & C.Just what you need in the winter!

Not only are they exceptionally good for you, but they taste great too and make a brilliant alternative for all those sprout haters out there! We recommend boiling them and adding some to crisped-up, fried bacon and onions, delicious!
