Veggie of the week - Red Brussels Sprout

We love this little sprout variety! Its deep red colour brightens up any gloomy January meal. The red sprout has a distinctly nutty flavour and is much sweeter than the green sprout, so are even ideal for shredding raw into a salad.

They are also a great source of vitamin C & D and their colour and sweetness is guaranteed to convert even the biggest of sprout haters into lovers!
