A good range of fish again being landed this week!
A couple of unusual whole fish options - we have a lot of witch sole caught this morning - lesser known than, say plaice of lemon sole, but delicious and well worth trying (just bake whole in the oven, 25 minutes).
And if you want to impress friends and influence people, then you should try the whole grey mullet - a great centrepiece and alternative weekend roast!
Our catch of the week this week both large and medium is ling fillet.
