Hereford Hops is a firm favourite with some many of you...
Its semi-hard texture makes it so different from so many English Cheddary Cheeses - buttery, citrusy, fudgy with the bitterness of the Hops coat - its delicious!
So we are delighted that Harley at Oxford Cheese has encouraged them to make a cuople of variations:
Hereford Hops with Old Hooke Ale & Mustard Seeds
Hereford Hops with Baron Pouget's Oxford Sauce & Shallots
