Raw Sweetness - the first of Graham Johnson's Tollesbury honey

Beekeeper Graham Johnson has been busy bucketing up his first extraction of raw honey. The warmer winter has bought the meadow flowers forward and the honey to our breakfast tables.
The rich flavour is harvested from the rape seed flowers but also the natural variety of top-fruits available to be bees including, apple and blackthorn blossom.
The honey is sold in 3lb tubs as it can be tricky to manipulate into smaller jars without heating, which can take away from the floral flavour and natural health benefits.
