We have a new supplier of fish this week, the Bellus Family of Celtic Fish & Game in St. Ives, Cornwall. They have their own day-boats and also bring in fish caught off the Cornish Coast.
We will send out the full range in the fish email tomorrow, but so far we know that we have:

Squid
Plaice
Ray Wing
Haddock
Mackerel
Gurnard
John Dory.
