Our crab supplier, Celitic Fish, are clearing out their winter stocks of white crab meat, and so we are offering them at £7.79 for a 454g pack - this is really good value (usal price over £20) - please do take it up - it might not feature top or your list of ingredients at this Arctic time of year, but you will be chuffed you have it once temperatures warm up...!
Game this week - we are offering skinned pheasant fillets, and skinned packs of 4 pheasant legs - having them ready skinned is very handy, no need to brown them off if you are casseroling them, just throw them in!
Also we are going to have Rose Veal back next week, and you are able to order it this week - but please be awar it will not be coming in until next week.
