Time for: New Season Lamb!

Beatbush Farm are introducing the first of their new season lamb this week, and so we are very excited to be taking it. The size of the cuts will of course be smaller than what we have been having in recent weeks, but hopefully you will see a signifcant difference in the flavour and texture of the meat.
New season lamb is prized for the succulence, and relative sweetness of the meat - please dont just chuck a curry sauce over the top of it, lightness of touch is key to enjoying this delicious product!
