A sustained rain dump has been hugely welcome and necessary, as summer arrives - though its intensity will make for diffficult picking of produce this week!
We have the first of the new season loose beetroot in this week (carrots should follow next week) from Wild Fields in Essex - but at present, the bunched options with fresh / firm leaves are realy lovely to enjoy too.
We have the first organic mini Cos lettuce in from Forty Hall this week, and we are also taking a good range of their organic lamb, beef & pork from this week. Next week we hope to start offering their 2018 Vintage of Wines as well.
Beyond this, we have a lovely range of produce now - a nice variety of Salads, Tomatoes & Herbs, plus plenty of new season baby veggies.
