We have Mutton in this week, but it is again limited, and so please dont hang around if you want some! it has been quite patchy this year and is likely to only last for a another couple of weeks.
Mutton does freeze very well, and so if you want a joint of mutton as opposed to the lighter taste of lamb for Easter, then that would be a tasty option.
Finally, Andy at Gill Wing is making up a batch of Boerwors sausages for us this week, and so please do try them if you like your sausages rich and spicy!
