This will be our last week of conference pears: they have lasted extremely well this year to go into mid-May; they never usually do this well.
And we are hopeful (especially if this warm spell continues) that we will have the first strawberries ready for next week. That will mean that we will have offered some kind of fruit for the last 52 weeks, the first time in five years that we have managed to do this.
