New free range label anglais chicken

We are really excited to be introducing a new free range chicken from Chris Fredericks, of Temple Farm, Roydon, Essex.

A really really good chicken - as Heston says:
            

“Tasting made it clear to me that it was the combination offlavour and texture that was important: the flesh of some of the birds tastedgreat but was too loose. Label Anglais had neither the strongest flavour northe densest flesh, but in combination it proved the most satisfying to eat. SoLabel Anglais was our benchmark.”
