Our Artisan Tortelloni are hand folded one by one to incorporate more filling and have won 2 Great Taste Awards by The Guild of Fine Food. The pasta has a very high Free Range egg percentage (30%) and we use a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour so that the pasta holds the cooking very well. They are made fresh daily with 100% premium Italian quality ingredients, they contain NO additives and NO colourings. The Asparagus filling is made with delicate ricotta and tender tips of Italian asparagus. We then add tasty Italian Hard cheese to enhance the flavour. Ready in just a few minuites when boiled in hot salty water. Suitable for freezing.
