The name ‘Creste di Gallo’ compares this pasta’s shape to that of the rooster’s crown – their elegantly frilled edges elevate any dish. Not only do they look good, but they also boast a high egg content (30%), ensuring the best flavour and texture possible.

All of our pasta is made using a combination of premium quality Italian durum wheat and ’00’ flour. Creste di Gallo pasta can be cooked and served in many ways. Creste Di Gallo pasta pairs perfectly with a rich tomato-based sauce and a generous sprinkle of parmesan.
