Green's Hard Goat's Cheese

 Our Goats Cheese is made in a cheddar style and has a lovely clean flavour, being moist and sweet.

It develops at an early age of 4 to 6 months compared to the cheddar which gives a delicious mild flavour but can be kept longer for those wanting a stronger taste.
