Marksbury is a traditional cloth wrapped cheddar, made on the farm in Somerset and matured for at least 18 months and up to 24 months. Selected for it’s flavour, the fully matured cheese develops a very strong sharp tang which together with it’s creamy consistency proves very popular with people who like a strong cheese.
