Rollright Cheese

Rollright is a soft cheese banded in spruce bark.

A delicate, peachy-pink rind ripens the cheese within to a rich, spoonable texture. The cheese develops rich flavours of crème fraiche, cured ham, and mustard seed, with a smoky, woodsy aroma.
