Our excellent range of Christmas hams come from Dorset Farm. Formerly a mixed agricultural Farm, they now specialise in the rearing and curing of ham and bacon.
While modern methods of ham production often use chemicals and systems to enhance the weight and appearance of the product, Dorset Farms award winning hams are made using time-honoured methods and are individually cured by hand without extra water or additional additives.
